Did Superboy Prime's punches affect normal DCU citizens?

Imagine your life being retconned by a "reality altering wave".
You could have spent twenty years as a successful movie star then FLASH, you're now a tramp living in the streets.
Post COIE you may not have realised the change, but after IC and all the heroes remembering the multiverse (allegedly) and understanding some of the retcons that SBP's hissy fit caused, you may unfortunately remeber everything?
Or maybe you're living your life normally and suddenly your grandma or dog is back to life because they were never supposed to die in the first place?
The mind boggles.

but you are also supposing that the people would remember their former lives or whatever
I do think, however, that the punches have severely affected the lives of some of the people on these Boards however.

I remember on that 52 news page, a guy looking for advice because his ex-wife existed suddenly twice and both versions wanted to get back to him.
I think the advice was something like moving to Utah.
Guess that counts as yes

Yes, it did. Before Superboy started punching, I had money in my bank account. After he started punching, I didn't.

I still wonder what normal citizens think goes on in their world.

I'm only here because of Superboy Prime.
In the original telling of my life story I was in college in the 60s, married a girl I had known since grade school. Joined the Army when faced with the draft. Died in Vietnam.
After one punch I still went to the same college but rather than marry I enlisted in the Navy so as to avoid green uniforms and jungles. Got out and met a girl that I married.
Pretty sure that in between those there was a separate retcon where I married my high school sweetheart and we ran off to San Francisco to put some flowers in our hair.
I wasn't very happy with president Gore in his second term and was considering becoming a republican - when the final punch suddenly made all that seem like a barely remembered dream and I found myself in a nightmare world where comics cost $3 and gas goes for $3/gal. I think the recurring "3" is a message I've been sending myself through a time loop trying to warn me that this "time bomb" we've been hearing about isn't what people think it is

WOW Sumo!
That is an incredible story!
I seem to recall one of my own, well, not really.

I couldn't find my keys, then they were right on the coffee table. I don't even have a coffee table.

I seem to vaguely remember coming to this board, but it was WAY better. Some guy called May...Maz....something like that...would post teasers, and instead of Countdown the weekly series was called 52. It was like a Utopia...then WHAM! And here we are.
