This story must take place before the Batman: Brave and the Bold animated episode where Catman was clearly a villain selling endangered animals to dilettante hunters.

You're welcome! Any chance of explaining the riddle? The answer had to do with Sofia?

I don't suppose a dimensional crossover could get Cosmic Adventures Kara in B: BoB?

That's a book I'd love to see 'writen' ;)

And at the end of the book you drop in a pic of the mini collection!

I can't explain the riddle. I wish I could. But I can't.

We're hoping to bring our Supergirl to the book. But with the series being based off the cartoon, we have a few limitations that weren't present when we worked on Cosmic Adventures. But it is a possibility we are striving towards. Keep your fingers crossed.

Hey, Landry!

I went to the comics store and had that issue to buy, even though I'll get it comped, and this other customer wanted it, so we gave it to him. Now I don't have a copy to read!

HA!

By the way, everyone should read everything by Landry and Eric Jones, because they ROCK.

I enjoyed the complicated take on the character, its rare to get depictions of a morally torn character in youth-oriented books, and this was a well done stab at it.

Plus, I love the streamlined & "done in one" thrust of the book.

BTW: Who were all the magic characters in the intro? I recognized Fate, Zatanna, Zatara, and . . . the rest?

Hi Gail! You are to nice for words. I hope when you get to read book, you like it. Catman was alot of fun to write.

@lastquestion - Glad you enjoyed it. The sorcerers were: Zatanna, Sargon, Doctor Occult, Doctor Fate, joined by Mento from the Doom Patrol. I think. I'm probably humiliating myself terribly by failing to remember properly. I wrote it way back last Spring now...

Yes, I thought that was Mento!
Nice/interesting choice to mix in w/ the straight up magicians of the DCU.

Now, I must take Gail's advice under consideration, what other work are you producing now besides B:B&B?

To give credit where credit is due, Mento appeared with those mystics (and more) in issue #50 (as I recall) of Alan Moore's Swamp Thing. I always thought it was an interesting mix. So I threw it in there.

Most recently, Eric and I created the series Supergirl: Cosmic Adventures in the 8th grade. I think if you like morality torn characters in all-ages books, then you might like our Supergirl story. The trade comes out in the end of December.

I'm also currently co-writing the Incredibles comic. I think my first issue comes out this Wednesday.

And historically speaking: Eric and I I did several issues of a creator owned series called Little Gloomy, and have a trade paperback out titles Kid Gravity. The last one being a collection of stories that originally appeared in Disney Adventures Magazine.

And of course, more Batman: Brave and the Bold.

I'll be picking up that SG Trade when it comes out, and after reading it, sending it off to my niece & nephew's back east.
I looked through every issue at the LCS and for whatever reason, just desided I needed to get it as an all in one.

Also, a reason to check out Incredibles.

I don't suppose you're taking requests for Brave and Bold, Landry? Cos I'd love to see the Detroit League (cos they were actually ace), Resurrection Man (I know he'd need to die, but you could use a few Acme anvils), the Legion of Super-Pets, Enchantress (original costume) and, so I could die happy, the Will Payton Starman and his pet pooch.
